The Chester Valley Trail (CVT) is the most heavily used trail in the Chester County trail system. The planning commission has developed master plans for the future of the CVT. You will see in these plans that the expansion of the CVT has been broken down into four separate components, with timeframes ranging from less than 5 years to more than 10 years.
